The Rolf Beeler Alp Sbrinz is a true raw milk speciality for the connoisseur. This Swiss cheese is a full-bodied, brittle variety from central Switzerland, produced only in the summer months high up in the alps.
The Alp Sprinz is matured over at least 36 months and is an artisan, raw milk creation by Switzerland's most famous Maitre Fromager, Rolf Beeler. It enjoys a wonderful, milky aroma, rich as a lush alpine meadow yet melting on the tongue like butter.
